What we are asking you to test, and why it matters.

Akanya is early. You are looking at a prototype in validation, not a finished product. We would rather show you something honest and unfinished than something polished that overstates what it can do.

Expect about 30 to 45 minutes end to end.

The flow

Create a session
Set the module, level, assessment type, marks and duration. About two minutes.

Add your material
Upload up to four approved files, or explore with sample material. You confirm permission and choose retention.

Review the sources
Akanya shows the passages it found. You decide what may be used before anything is generated.

Read the draft
A proposed assessment grounded in your approved passages, with its reasoning shown.

Customise it
Edit wording, marks, timing, rubric dimensions and evidence requirements.

Design the challenge
Choose when a Socratic challenge appears, what grounds it and how students may respond.

Preview both views
Walk the student journey, then see what you would review afterwards.

What Akanya does not do

It does not detect AI use or accuse anyone of misconduct.

It does not proctor, monitor or surveil students.

It does not assign final marks automatically.

It does not profile students or build behavioural records.

It does not replace your academic judgement at any point.

It does not train models on your material.
